apprenticeships in building technology

Building technology plays a major role in the construction of a project. To ensure that this remains the case, young specialists with innovation are needed.

The training of young specialists is very important to W&P Engineering Deutschland GmbH. For many years, apprentices in various trades have successfully completed their training at the company every year. Our aim is to offer young aspiring professionals the best possible conditions. Whether additional or initial training, we would be happy to support you in entering the everyday working life of a building services engineer.

initial training

There is an opportunity for school leavers to start training as a building services planner. With us, you will learn the basics of the respective trade and how to apply them. With the support of the vocational school and the inter-company courses, you can directly implement the practices learned in theory in practice. In order to understand the processes on the construction site, you will attend an internship at a construction company during your training.

Duration: 4 years

Completed elementary school

additional training

Thanks to your previous training, you already have the technical basics. We strive to consolidate and expand on these basics. With us, you will learn about and implement the entire process of a project, as well as the calculations and planning bases that need to be created.
