BSL - railway company
PV systems with an output of > 3MWp are to be installed on the large BLS Bahn factory halls. Excess energy is converted into H2 using electrolysis. The waste heat generated during this process can be used for cleaning systems and to heat the buildings. The H2 produced can be used for the company fleet. The project is to be implemented as part of an energy campaign supported by the federal government.
CONCEPT DESCRIPTION
W&P Engineering has developed a special energy concept for BLS. Electricity and process heat for plant operations and for the drive energy of plant vehicles are to be generated in a largely CO2-neutral manner.
